Julie Losson is speaking at the next conference of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) European Chapter Young Lawyers, together with her colleagues from Malta, Monaco and Italy, on the following issues:
- Voice of the child – how does your jurisdiction listen to a child’s view
- Transparency of judicial decision making – private courts/private judgments.
Julie Losson will deal with these issues for France and Russia.
