REPORT ON COMPLIANCE WITH THE HAGUE CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION APRIL 2021

The US State Department has just released its latest report on international child abduction: see attached.

This report lists 11 countries with which the United States is experiencing major difficulties in implementing the 1980 Hague Convention, including Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Egypt, India, Jordan, Peru, Romania, Trinidad and Tobago and the United Arab Emirates,

It should be noted that the Convention is not in force between Russia and the United States.
